leadership development for current leaders
Our one-on-one coaching program pairs first-year Coaches, APs, and Principals with experienced leaders to serve as coaches. This program strengthens key leadership skills, including instructional leadership, time management, strategic planning, emotional intelligence, and instructional coaching. Participants gain a strong foundation to lead confidently and sustainably, supported by a coach who understands their unique experiences.
Black girls teach and lead leadership development cohort
The Black Girls Teach and Lead Leadership Development Program is an intensive, cohort-based coaching experience designed for rising leaders in education. This program equips participants with practical tools, personalized coaching, and a supportive network to confidently step into leadership roles and drive positive change in their schools and communities.

After conducting initial assessments, we collaborate with school leaders to develop tailored improvement plans to target recruitment and retention. Our team engages actively with schools, visiting multiple times a year to guide plan implementation and monitor progress. We emphasize aligning strategies with school goals for optimal outcomes. We target areas influencing staff morale, crafting interventions to create a supportive environment that promotes both student and teacher success.
